From the publisher’s introduction:

“Printed in Hebrew with a translation into Latin by Yohanan Yitzhak ha-Levi with extracts from Sefer Yezira, the Kuzari and other ancient books”.

According to most manuscripts, the letter on astrology was sent to the rabbis of Montpellier and not to the rabbis of Marseilles as stated here.
